AI automation companies in Hyderabad: who actually appears, and how to judge them

Most "top companies in Hyderabad" lists are copied from each other and nobody verifies them. This one says where each name came from, what we could and could not confirm, and gives you the six checks to run yourself, because a list cannot tell you who is right for your project.

Disclosure first, because it changes how you should read this. Kredoo is a product of ElevAIte Labs, an AI automation company based in Hyderabad. We are one of the companies in this market. We have tried to make this list useful anyway, by being explicit about where every name came from and what we did not verify.

If you would rather have a list from someone with no stake in it, Clutch and Built In Hyderabad are the two Google ranks highest, and they are a reasonable place to start.

How this list was made, and what it is not

Most "top AI companies in Hyderabad" articles are assembled by copying the previous one. The names travel, the descriptions travel, and nobody checks whether a company still does what it says or is still trading.

So here is the method, and its limits:

  • Names come from Google's own results for AI automation companies in Hyderabad, checked on 2 August 2026, including its AI Overview and the directories it ranks.
  • Where a description appears, it is what that company or directory says about itself, attributed as such.
  • We did not audit anyone. We have not reviewed their code, spoken to their clients, or verified their claims.
  • There is no ranking. Ordering a list of companies you have not audited into "best" would be inventing information.

If that sounds like less than other lists promise, it is. The others are promising something they did not do.

Who Google surfaces for this in Hyderabad

In its AI Overview, Google names Kanerika, Ahex Technologies and Swaran Soft, citing Built In Hyderabad. Its own summaries describe Kanerika as working on enterprise AI, business intelligence and process automation, and Ahex as focused on generative AI, deep learning and chatbots.

In the local map pack, the three shown were AI ERA, Deepsa AI Automation Private Limited and IOTMINDS Innovations, with 83, 74 and 50 Google reviews respectively.

In organic results, alongside the directories, company pages from Nectra Digital, RisonAI Tech and EthicasComputer.

In the directories Google ranks: Clutch lists Ahex Technologies, Hidden Brains InfoTech, Virtusa, Ajackus and others. Built In Hyderabad's list includes Yext, Aviso AI, Zenoti, Zensar Technologies and Kanerika. Wellfound and TechBehemoths carry further lists.

And ElevAIte Labs, which builds Kredoo, works on WhatsApp and Instagram automation, workflow automation and custom AI agents from Hyderabad. Included here because leaving ourselves off a list we wrote would be its own kind of dishonesty.

The thing nobody tells you about that map pack

Those three companies are not at the top because Google judged them the best. The local pack is driven substantially by reviews, along with proximity to the searcher and category match.

83 reviews, 74 reviews, 50 reviews. What that tells you is that those companies asked their clients for reviews, consistently. It is a real signal about how organised a business is. It is not a signal about engineering quality.

Two practical consequences. The list you see is partly a function of where you are standing when you search, so a colleague in a different part of the city may see different companies. And a genuinely excellent five-person team with four reviews will not appear at all.

Do not mistake the order for a verdict.

The six checks worth running yourself

A list cannot tell you who is right for your project. These will, and they take one conversation each.

1. Whose name are the accounts in?

The most expensive question, and it rarely comes up unprompted. Automation sits on accounts: a WhatsApp Business Account, a Meta app, an ad account, an AI provider key. If the agency registers them to their own business, you cannot take the work with you.

On WhatsApp the consequence is documented by Meta rather than a matter of opinion: templates can only be migrated between accounts owned by the same Meta business. So if the provider owns your WABA, leaving does not mean a slow migration, it means your approved templates cannot move at all and every one is rebuilt from scratch.

2. Who notices when it breaks at 9pm?

Automation fails silently by default. A message that does not send produces no error anywhere a human looks. Ask whether anything alerts a person, or whether the monitoring is you noticing that customers stopped replying.

3. What do I get handed?

Credentials in your accounts, a written description of what runs and when, where the logs are, and what to do when the two most likely things fail. If the answer is "we'll walk you through it on a call", that is a memory test, not a handover.

4. Is there a per-message markup?

On WhatsApp, Meta charges the same rate whoever you buy through. A provider adding 10 to 30% per message is charging for volume they did not create, and it is frequently not on the pricing page. Ask directly and get the answer in writing.

5. Can you show me something running a year later?

A demo proves someone can build. Something still working after twelve months of Meta changing its rules proves someone can maintain, which is the rarer skill. Ask what broke in that year and how they found out. The specificity of the answer is the answer.

6. What will you tell me not to build?

Every brief contains something that should not be built. An agency that quotes for all of it either has not checked or will not say. The full reasoning behind all six is in how to choose an AI automation partner in India.

Match the company to the work, not to the list

"AI automation" covers at least four different businesses, and a firm excellent at one may be the wrong choice for another:

What you need Who tends to fit
Enterprise data platforms, BI, large-scale process automation The bigger consultancies and IT services firms. Slower, more expensive, appropriate when there is genuine scale.
Custom AI agents, LLM applications, RAG Specialist AI shops and smaller product teams.
Customer messaging automation on WhatsApp or Instagram Firms with a live product on those channels, because the platform rules change often and reading the docs once is not enough.
Workflow glue between tools you already pay for Small automation teams. Often the highest return for the least money, and frequently oversold as something grander.

The commonest mismatch in this market is hiring an enterprise consultancy for what is genuinely a workflow-glue project, then paying enterprise rates and enterprise timelines for it.

If you only do one thing

Ask question 1, in writing, of every company you shortlist. "Which accounts will be registered to my business, and which to yours?"

It costs nothing, the answer arrives in a sentence, and it separates a partner from a landlord more reliably than any list including this one.

Questions people ask

Which are the best AI automation companies in Hyderabad?

There is no honest single answer, because "AI automation" spans enterprise data platforms, custom AI agents, customer messaging automation and workflow integration, and the right firm depends on which you need. Google currently surfaces Kanerika, Ahex Technologies and Swaran Soft in its AI Overview, and AI ERA, Deepsa AI Automation and IOTMINDS Innovations in its map pack. None of those positions reflect an independent audit.

How does Google decide which companies appear in the Hyderabad map pack?

Largely reviews, proximity to the searcher and category match. The companies shown had 83, 74 and 50 Google reviews when we checked on 2 August 2026, which tells you they asked their clients consistently. It is a signal about how organised a business is, not about engineering quality, and an excellent small team with few reviews will not appear at all.

What should I ask an AI automation company in Hyderabad before hiring?

Whose name the accounts will be registered in, who is alerted when something breaks, what documentation you receive at handover, whether there is any per-message markup, whether they can show something that has run for a year, and what they would tell you not to build.

Why does account ownership matter when hiring an automation agency?

Because it determines whether you can leave. Meta's documentation states that WhatsApp templates can only be migrated between accounts owned by the same Meta business, so if your provider owns the account, your approved templates cannot be transferred at all and must be resubmitted from scratch. The same principle applies to ad accounts and AI provider keys.

Are "top AI companies in Hyderabad" lists reliable?

Treat them as discovery, not as verification. Most are assembled by copying earlier lists, so names and descriptions travel without anyone checking whether a company still does that work. A list is a starting point for a shortlist; the six questions above are what actually narrow it.

Is this list independent?

No, and we say so at the top. Kredoo is built by ElevAIte Labs, an automation company in Hyderabad, so we are one of the companies in this market. Every name here is attributed to a named source with the date we checked it, and we did not audit any company including ourselves. For an independent list, Clutch and Built In Hyderabad are the two Google ranks highest.
